Room Block Options
Rooms are booking up quickly as June is peak season at the Jersey Shore. As of now, we have 1 hotel block remaining. Please contact us if the block is full and we will gladly try to expand it! We may be able to expand the room block as it fills up, but please note that we cannot guarantee the same rate. To secure your preferred choice, please book your rooms early.
We completely understand if you prefer to stay at other locations that are more convenient for you. Please note that we have no financial obligations to the rooms in our hotel blocks, and they will be released to the general public if not booked by May 7. We highly encourage you to stay wherever is most convenient logistically and financially for you and your family.

As a special gift from us, we are delighted to offer complimentary valet parking for all our guests for each event at the venue.
Complimentary self-parking is available at all hotels.
All three hotels are a short drive from each other. For our events at the venue, there will be a shuttle to the hotels operating approximately every 30 minutes from the venue from 8 AM to 12 AM.
Flying in?
We recommend flying into EWR - Newark Liberty International Airport. From EWR, our venue is about a 50-minute (45-mile) drive.
Trenton-Mercer Airport is also approximately 50 minutes away, but as it is a smaller airport, flight availability may be limited.
For our domestic guests, we highly recommend renting a car for convenience, as the venue is not easily accessible by public transport and Uber/Lyft charges can be costly.
When is the RSVP deadline and how do I respond?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by Saturday, March 1, 2025. You may change your RSVP response at any time prior to the deadline by accessing your invitation on this website.
Late RSVPs will be not be accepted. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to communicate the final headcount to our vendors in a timely manner.
Can I bring guests not listed on the invitation?
Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation.
Do you have a registry?
No. We also request that you do not bring any boxed gifts. We already have two of everything!

Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club
Dear Guests,
We are thrilled to celebrate our special day with you at the world-class Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club. While we will be able to enjoy the views of the golf course, please be aware that guests are NOT allowed access to club exclusive amenities (golf course, golf cars and equipment, pool, sport courts, club restaurant, outdoor patio with club/grille).
Our events will be held in the ballroom and glass atrium located above the clubhouse section, which features a restaurant, outdoor patio, and bar and grille. Please note that this clubhouse area is also RESTRICTED to country club members, and our guests are NOT permitted in this section.
We encourage you to take advantage of the accessible areas to capture beautiful photographs; however, we kindly ask that you respect the privacy of the club members and avoid infringing on their space.

Outfit suggestions and color schemes are just that—suggestions! We want you to wear whatever is most convenient and comfortable for you. What matters most to us is having you there to celebrate with us!
Where can we buy Indian clothes?
Many guests choose to shop in person at stores in Edison, NJ, or other nearby locations. If you’re unable to visit in person, there are plenty of online options available.
Here are a few online stores we personally recommend:
- House of Indya and Lashkaraa – Great for reasonably priced Indian clothing for men and women. For women, we suggest a lehenga set for the Sangeet, and for the wedding, you can opt for either a lehenga or a saree. A pre-draped saree is an easy and stylish option.
- Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop – Offers a wide variety of high-quality options.
For online options, we recommend placing orders well in advance due to the lengthy international shipping process.
